All content, software, algorithms, and technologies developed by connectsyou.ca, including but not limited to:

• Behavioral radar charts
• AI-generated suggestions
• Accountability partner agents
• SMART Goals Library frameworks

are the exclusive property of connectsyou.ca and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 User-Generated Content

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User-Generated Content submitted to the Platform.

5. Data Privacy and Security

The Platform collects and processes data, including:

• Diagnostic quiz responses

• Email notifications and interactions

This data is used to refine AI models, improve user experiences, and provide personalized insights.
