Welcome to connectsyou.ca (the “Platform”), an AI-powered ecosystem designed to facilitate virtual coaching, behavioral diagnostics, and accountability-driven task management through advanced technologies, including neuroscience-informed algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform. - Definitions

“User-Generated Content”: Any content, data, or information uploaded, submitted, or generated by users on the Platform.
“SMART Goals Library”: A repository of archived tasks and goals, structured according to the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) framework.

You retain ownership of your User-Generated Content but grant connectsyou.ca a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, analyze, and improve its AI models using anonymized and aggregated data.

…are the exclusive property of connectsyou.ca and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 User-Generated Content
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User-Generated Content submitted to the Platform.
